BidBid enters its next chapter with travel services offered as a service, partnerships with iON LLC and C3, expanded customized solutions, the be'ah tender delivered with Afaqy, and the first auction of a privately owned apartment.

BidBid completes its first successful auction and expands its vendor pool, including hosting its first real estate auction. The company is incubated at Riyada, supporting its continued growth.

BidBid grows its client base with new national and international clients, and partners with the Omantel Innovation Lab to strengthen its technology capabilities. During this period, BidBid also receives funding from the Oman Investment Authority and Omantel through the Oman Future Fund.

Sourcing on the platform expands to include insurance procurement and general procurement, broadening the range of categories available to clients.

BidBid onboards Omantel as its first client, marking a key step in the platform's early growth.

The first version of the BidBid platform launches following extensive testing and regulatory approvals, including from the Central Bank of Oman (CBO), the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology (MTCIT), and the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA), alongside alignment with GDPR and EU data standards.

BidBid is founded as a financial services solution by its CEO and Co-Founder, who both bring banking experience to the venture. Their motivation: the lack of governance and transparency they had witnessed around receiving corporate deposit and FX rates.
